I absolutely loved everything about this apartment - it had everything you could possibly need. The location was beyond fantastic. Within a few minutes, you could walk down to the center of town or up into the park/forest. Silvana, the host, was absolutely amazing. She made sure that we had a great time during our stay in Split. I wish I had stayed longer and I will definitely be going back. The apartment was super clean and in excellent condition. The area around the apartment is very safe, we even walked around at night without any issues. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the city center, giving you access to all the incredible views of Split's old town. Additionally, the bus station and maritime port are only a 10-minute walk away. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner, surrounded by narrow alleys and footpaths, creating a tranquil setting. Despite this peaceful atmosphere, it's still just a short walk away from the old town and the waterfront promenade, making it the perfect location to stay. During our stay, Silvana made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with any requests we had. Her dog, Pina, was an absolute sweetheart. We highly recommend this apartment. It's within walking distance of Riva, the bus station, train station, and Marjan Hills. All the supermarkets and eateries are close by. The location, as guided by Ante , is perfect. The apartment is filled with all the necessary amenities and is worth every penny. Silvana and her son are incredible hosts who helped guide us around Split, Zagreb, and other places. If I ever come back to Split, I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all my friends.

The apartment was amazing - cozy and well-furnished. Great location, close to the center and park. Silvana was a wonderful host, baking delicious croissants and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The hosts went above and beyond, even taking us to the hospital when my wife fell ill. We felt like part of the family. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Excellent value.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to downtown and near to but not in the main tourist area. With everything close by, you can easily explore and enjoy the city. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and are well-maintained with attention to detail.

Spending Christmas in this charming hotel was a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the city's main attractions and spectacular views of the surrounding area. The amenities were impressive, especially the well-equipped kitchen and clean, comfortable rooms.

The room was somewhat small and cramped, which made it difficult to navigate with our luggage. the bathroom could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning, as we noticed some mold and dirt in certain areas.

The place had a cute outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the breeze. the host was friendly and provided us with free drinks upon arrival. the location was superb, close to the historic center and many dining options.

The room and bathroom were tiny, which made it difficult to move around and store our things. the bed was uncomfortable and gave us a restless sleep.
